Graduation

Graduation Requirements

Undergraduate Students

Successful completion of enrolled courses and passing a Ministry of Education (MOE) exit exam are prerequisites for receiving their degree or certificate. The exit exam, often administered in the final year of a program, assesses the student’s knowledge and skills acquired throughout the program, ensuring they meet certain standards before graduation.

Postgraduate (Master’s) Students

Postgraduate students pursuing a Master’s degree are generally considered eligible for graduation after successfully completing their coursework, submitting their Master’s thesis, and passing the thesis defense. The thesis defense is a formal presentation where the student defends their research in front of a committee, answering questions and demonstrating their understanding of the topic. Passing this defense, along with the other requirements, signifies that the student has met the criteria for receiving the Master’s degree.
