Admission Requirements

Generic Students

“Generic Students” are those who have passed the national school-leaving examination and meet the minimum requirements to enroll in specific programs in the college. Their eligibility for a specific program is generally recognized for five years if they meet the cutoff point set by the MoE each year.

Students Upgrading from Diploma Programs

Students upgrading or coming from diploma programs to an undergraduate program generally need to submit:

  • National ID/Passport: For identification purposes.
  • College Diploma(s) (verification required): Evidence of their previous diploma program.
  • COC (Level IV) Certificate
  • Secondary School Documents: Grade 9–12 Transcript, Grade 8 Passed Certificate, and Grade 10 or Grade 12 Matric Result (verification required).
  • Work Experience
