Why Accounting & Finance?

Every organization — private, public or not-for-profit — needs professionals who understand finance: to make money, save money, and advise others how to do the same. A career in accountancy offers excellent prospects, prestige, and the possibility to rise to leadership positions with the right qualifications.

“Accounting is not number-crunching alone — it is about events, resources and agents.”

Graduates gain a wide range of career options across finance, audit, taxation, risk and consultancy. Professional qualifications (ACCA, CPA) are common progression pathways.

Congratulations — we are keen for your future life.  © Department of Accounting & Finance
